When someone hesitates, don't counter, ask. "Why doesn't this work for you?" Try to understand and help. Curiosity beats persuasion.

2Open with one specific detail about them. Their product, site, a recent project. Generic gets ignored.
3Never send price before a meeting. Quote only after they've seen the value and asked.
4"I'll show my boss" means ask for a 3-way call. A champion is a door, not a salesperson.
5When they're warm, reply fast. Silence in a hot moment lets them cool off.
6Always loop in Nati for demos and first meetings. Send the invite the moment it's booked.

Be persistent. Don't drop a lead after 5 to 7 touches.
